Cơm chiên thịt bò và rau củ cay thơm với thịt bò được thái nhuyễn chín chín dai béo và rất thơm. Rau củ xào chín mềm. Từng hạt cơm được chiên tơi ra. Đặc biệt món ăn điểm xuyến chút vị cay cay của gừng băm khiến món ăn thêm nổi bật.
Thịt bò thăn thái sợi nhỏ. Ướp thịt bò với 1/2 mỗng canh nước tương, 1/2 muỗng canh rượu, tinh bột bắp, 1 muỗng cà phê đường và 1 muỗng cà phê dầu mè trong khoảng 5 phút.
Gừng và tỏi băm nhỏ. Cà rốt, khoai tây thái nhỏ hạt lựu. Bông cải xanh được cắt nhỏ.
Đun sôi nồi nước chần bông cải xanh qua nước sôi khoảng 1 phút.
Đun 2 muỗng canh nóng dầu ăn trong chảo và xào thịt bò. Xào cho đến khi thịt bò đổi màu, thêm gừng và tỏi băm nhỏ. Thêm nước tương và nấu rượu còn lại vào xào. Cho cà rốt, khoai tây vào đảo đều cho mềm rồi đổ 1 chén cơm vào.
Đảo nhanh tay cho cơm quyện đều nguyên liệu và gia vị. Cuối cùng cho bông cải xanh vào, đảo đều khoảng 1 phút, tắt bếp.
