Yeah if a woman can opt out of parenthood the man should to. Obviously he can’t force her to either abort nor keep the child, but if he doesn’t want a child he should be able to opt out of any parental duties as long as the fetus is at a legaly abortable stage.

I would go with abortion within time limit (heartbeat bill) but only with permission of the other other participant (male) If the underlying intention was to not get pregnant, then they both agree to use a condom, right? They'd also agree to use other forms of contraception. If so, then the abortion should also be made by mutual decision, with the default option being not going for abortion. If the decision was forced, such as via coercion and force, then I'd assume the contraception being poured in and used as soon as being free from coercion. The pregnant woman would down a plan B and drink tansy tea, but if her actions don't accord with the prevention, I can't call her being averse to pregnancy, thus I can't see a reason for an abortion.

Yeah, men have the freedom of choice to put a condom on their dick or don't fuck chicks they don't know and could potentially lie to them. Also, when there is a pregnancy resulting from a sexual encounter, all the changes that are going to happen first fall completely on the shoulders of the woman. She is the one who has to go to the doctor, she is the one experiencing hormonal and bodily changes, she is the one experiencing medical risk. The pregnancy literally changes nothing for the man, except maybe some psychological change (if any) and once the baby is born of course. So, I think it is pretty safe to say the decision is ultimately up to the woman, though of course, men can take an active part in it and if they are not complete assholes the woman will usually let them.

Abortion should not be legal unless the pregnancy is a threat to the mother. Why is killing a baby in the womb any different than killing it out of the womb it's the same baby so why should one be considered murder and the other one not?

Call me a socialist, but a UBI for single mothers would solve the problem without giving men the right to force a women to have an abortion. That way she would be financially independent, while the man has the option to leave. But thats total communism and death squads in the streets and all that shit.
